Brand New Emails Preview Screen, Voyager AI Relationship Charts — Buying Center, and other Various Improvements…

Coevera 6.3.0 introduces a brand new Emails Preview Screen — a dedicated Inbox screen that brings full email management directly into the CRM, with multiple email accounts, mailbox views for Inbox, Scheduled, Sent, and All Mail, three layout options, and a linked-records side panel that ties every conversation back to its Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities. This release also extends Voyager AI Relationship Charts to the Buying Center on Opportunity records: the AI Relationship Charts Agent now analyzes contacts, activities, and email communication to propose a complete Buying Center — the people involved in a deal, their sales roles, and the lines of influence between them — with every change clearly tagged in Preview mode before it is applied. Among the Various Improvements, we have added User Lookup Fields in Automatizer Filling Options, Country Field as a Managed Common List, New Document from Template directly on records, Tags on Quotes and Custom Entities, Add New Quote from the Opportunity Sidebar, Quotes as a Chart Record Type on Opportunity Overview, and an Emails Preview Screen Voyager AI Prefill that auto-populates new Account and Contact records with publicly available data. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Coevera 6.2.0 introduces the brand new Voyager AI Relationship Charts feature, expanding Voyager 2 AI to build and maintain organizational structures directly on Account records. The Account Hierarchy view detects missing parent or subsidiary companies and proposes the correct corporate structure in a guided preview-and-confirm flow, including Ghost Accounts that can be promoted to real records. The Org Chart view proposes the company’s leadership structure, matches it against existing Contacts, suggests new people to add as Ghost Contacts, and lets users review and apply changes in a single guided flow. This release also delivers significant updates to AI Smart Field — field status indicators with Error and Warning states, live progress on bulk updates, rich-text output for Long Text fields, filter control on scheduled triggers, and predictable Automatizer handling when the feature is disabled. We also added Setting Email Notification Settings by User Role with enforcement, Hide Archived Records When Linking Records, Filter Records by Inactive Users (and AI support for the new operators), Fiscal Year Options for the Revenue Trend Component, Separate Color Control for Comparison Lines in Reports, Related Account and Contact Type Mapping in Import, Advance Notice Messages for Automatic Sign-Out, and a new Use Case Library in Coevera. Coevera 6.1.0 introduces the brand new AI Smart Field, bringing configurable AI-powered value generation directly to supported CRM fields. Administrators can enable AI behavior per field, define prompts and data sources, configure manual, automatic, or scheduled update triggers, and run AI updates from record forms, list views, and Automatizer flows — with permission controls, credit-awareness messaging, and progress feedback throughout. This release also delivers the Voyager 2 AI Super Agent, Coevera’s unified AI assistant accessible from the top-right corner of the application. It replaces the previous separate AI widgets with a single, context-aware agent that orchestrates CRM data, specialized sub-agents (Record, Report, Automatizer, Online Form), and live web search — with full Chat History, Saved Prompts, and a dedicated Screen Agent for on-demand suggestions. We also expanded Card View Details for Custom Entity Lookup, added Inner Scrolling for the Inline Editor in List View, unified Product Field Consistency in Quote and Opportunity Filters, included Product Fields in Approval Criteria for Quotes, and added Integration Expiration Failure Notifications. Coevera 6.0.0 introduces a brand new Voyager AI Record Assistant, bringing an in-context assistant directly inside individual CRM records. Available in the right-hand panel for Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, it provides guided summaries, actionable suggestions, and record-aware chat in one continuous workflow. This credit-based add-on includes clear Credit Consumption Visibility, showing exact AI credits used per action. We also implemented new Automatizer Log Download Period Controls, allowing users to export activity logs using specific time ranges. For better searching, we added new filter operators—”begins with” and “ends with”—providing precise prefix and suffix filtering for text-based fields. This release also includes Online Forms Submission Safeguards and Rollup Field Expansions. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

This release introduces significant enhancements to the Outlook Add-in, improving the integration between Outlook events and Coevera records with context-aware field mapping and expanded Lookup field support. We’ve implemented Advanced Sign-In Security Settings, enabling admins to restrict access via IP Whitelisting, enforce Auto Logout policies, and mandate 2-Step Verification. Automatizer capabilities now allow dynamic record access assignment based on the trigger owner. Additional improvements include enhanced Feeds preference persistence and updated folder deletion logic in Reports and Email Templates. On mobile, we’ve improved stability and usability with safer synchronization handling, restored Lead process/step visibility on the Leads preview screen, and added per-field filtering of archived records when searching and linking. We continue to add small enhancements and fixes throughout the application.

Coevera 5.21.0 introduces major updates to Product Pricing, deploying a multi-layered pricing engine. This includes new entities for Price Schedules and Customer Prices, alongside a smart Pricing Logic flow that determines the correct price when adding products to Opportunities. We also overhauled the Price List admin area with new availability rules and default states. This release also streamlines mobile access with a new Sign in with QR Code feature found in the User Profile. For administrators, a new central Manage Schedules interface allows privileged users to manage all scheduled reports system-wide. Additionally, we added configuration options for Activities to restrict which entity types can be linked on specific forms. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Users can now create, update, and manage processes using natural language prompts. This includes new UI components for AI interaction, process diffing before publishing, and enhanced options for saving and copying processes. This release also includes significant Target Improvements. We are decoupling targets from user data with new Simulated Targets, allowing sales teams to model performance without being tied to historical data. Enhancements include a redesigned progress bar and the ability to create targets directly from the Forecast Setup wizard. Additionally, a new E-Book Library provides a centralized, in-app location for Coevera e-books. Accessible from the University Menu, it features an integrated PDF viewer and a full backend content management system for admins. Coevera 5.18.0 introduces an improved Navigator. When drilling down from a chart, you can now view the report’s main records and the related records that impact the chart in two separate tabs. In response to customer feedback, we are implementing Tags for Activities. Users can now create separate Tags for both Tasks and Appointments, and these tags will work the same as everywhere else in Coevera. Based on customer feedback, we also now allow users to choose the conditions that determine the background and border colors for calendar entries. We also improved Reports & Dashboards. When drilling down from a chart, you can now view the report’s main records and the related records that impact the chart in two separate tabs. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.

Coevera 5.15.0 introduces brand new Activity Coloring in Calendar. From now users can set custom colors for themselves and their colleagues which will visually differentiate the ownership of tasks and appointments in the Calendar view. We also improved Emails. When a user is manually sending an email, there is now an option for them to send the email later using “Schedule Send”. There is also improvement in Reports & Dashboards. Users can select a new related entity – Revenue Recognition – when adding columns to their Opportunity report. We vastly improved our WYSIWYG editor. We are also continuously improving our application and adding other small enhancements and fixes throughout the whole application.
