Nikolaus Kimla

An entrepreneurial spirit from a young age—started his first business as a teenager in Vienna—and has continued founding and advising companies for over 40 years. Over that period six ventures were evaluated and three remain in operation today.
In 2002, his team at Uptime Technology developed World-Check, a risk-intelligence platform that became essential infrastructure for global banking; Thomson Reuters recognised its strategic value and acquired it in 2011 for $520 million.
Nikolaus’s thinking is grounded in the Austrian School of Economics, which places individual human decision-making at the centre of value creation. This philosophy combined with his master of Theology shapes his view of sales as a constructive, human-centered activity: not pressure or manipulation, but a peaceful conduit between people’s needs and effective solutions. “Trade has a peace‑keeping component.”
This human-centered, systems-thinking approach evolved into Pipeliner CRM and now drives Coevera. Coevera is designed with long-term goals and sustainability in mind, aligned with emerging longevity science: where longevity emphasizes quality of life, Coevera emphasizes the quality and well‑being of its clients. As a product it seeks the full picture—integrating state-of-the-art technology with the human factor to deliver holistic solutions rather than isolated parts.
