Email Attachment Size, Delete Emails, Brand new Audit Log and more

Overview

Two areas lead Coevera 2.9.0. Responding to customers who rely on the Send Email feature, the maximum size of email attachments rises from 1MB to 25MB per email, with the combined size of all attachments on a single message capped at 25MB. Alongside this, users of the email integrations can now delete specific emails — for example ones holding sensitive information — directly from Coevera, without affecting the original message in Outlook or Gmail.

The release also brings new integrations and enhancements to administration. Enterprise administrators gain a new Security menu in the Admin Module, where an Audit Log tracks setup additions and changes made by administrators as well as data exported from the CRM app — exportable to CSV and Excel, and retained for two months. Administrators can also export the full user list from the Units, Users and Roles menu to Excel or CSV, now including each user's phone, timezone, and region.
